A trading desk built around Kazakh origin

Agro Trading Company was founded in Dubai in 2025 and executed its first export contract in August of that year. The company buys grain and oilseeds at Kazakh elevators, finances the position and delivers it to mills, crushers and processors abroad.
The team came together from origination and freight desks that have worked Kazakh crops, Black Sea and Baltic transshipment and cross-border rail into China for years. That experience is why a first-season book of roughly thirty export contracts could be executed on an asset-light model, with wagons, berth capacity and vessels contracted rather than owned.
The commercial model is deliberately narrow: a small number of crops, direct producer relationships, and full control of the logistics chain rather than resale of other traders' cargo.

Why Dubai
The company is registered as a Free Zone Company and operates from Jumeirah Lakes Towers. Dubai sits between the origin and every destination the book serves, in a time zone that overlaps the Kazakh working day and the European market open.
It also gives counterparties a familiar banking and documentary environment for prepayment, cash against documents and documentary terms.
